Anti-Spam Policy

Camber Health does not advertise camber.health, or any Camber Health service, through unsolicited bulk electronic messages. Links to camber.health are not distributed through unsolicited email by Camber Health or by anyone acting on our behalf.
This applies to our employees and contractors and to any affiliate, reseller, partner, agency, or third party. We operate no affiliate program and authorize no third party to promote our domain by email.
This prohibition applies to the camber.health domain itself, not to any particular sending address. References to camber.health, including links in message bodies and in sender signatures, are prohibited in unsolicited outreach sent from any domain we operate or control.
We do not purchase, rent, or harvest email lists.
Email sent by Camber Health falls into three categories:
- 1. Transactional messages to authenticated users in direct response to an action they have taken, such as a password reset or account verification.
- 2. Marketing messages to recipients who have given prior affirmative consent. Every such message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
- 3. Individual business correspondence between our staff and professional contacts in the healthcare industry. These messages identify the sender and Camber Health, include a valid physical mailing address, and honor opt-out requests immediately.
Violations may be reported to abuse@camber.health. We investigate every report and will terminate any relationship with a third party found to be in violation.
